Per le due sessioni del sabato saranno selezionate 4 birre alla spina per ogni birrificio partecipante servite dagli stessi produttori.
Saranno presenti i birrifici dei 20 birrai candidati al titolo nella categoria Birraio dell’Anno, i 3 della categoria Birraio Emergente, oltre ai 3 birrifici selezionati per il corner Fermento Italia.
I birrifici Top50 saranno coinvolti in degustazioni guidate gratuite.
